I completed a qualification in Psychodynamic Counselling Supervision with Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF) in 1991. I took the one year course of seminars in supervision with the British Association of Psychotherapy (BAP) in 2006-2007.
I have considerable experience of working as a supervisor with counsellors and psychotherapists trained in various theoretical modalities including psychodynamic and person centred humanistic approaches. I offer supervision to counsellors working a  variety of settings, e.g. in NHS, educational, counselling organisations and independent private practice. I have supervised psychologists and a Consultant Psychiatrist.
I have worked as a trainer and supervisor on the Westminster Pastoral (WPF) Supervision Diploma course at Leeds Counselling.
I curently hold the post of co-ordinator of clinical supervision in the locality NHS Psychological Therapies Service which inludes psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors. The role has required policy making, attending to the supervision issues of individual praactitioners and teams in the service and organising and delivering twice yearly training seminars.
I also offer team and small group supervision to therapists or counsellor trainers.
